My Story
Curriculum & Learning Designer
Instructional Designer
I am a curriculum and learning designer with over 20 years of experience working with students, educators, parents, and organizations across Nigeria and the United States. With a Master's degree in Education and a background spanning instructional design, school leadership, and workforce training, I have devoted my career to creating environments where learning is meaningful, equitable, and effective.
My work began in K-12 classrooms and school leadership, where I developed a deep understanding of how to make curriculum work effectively in the classroom for both teachers and students. I led curriculum development at Royal Choice Schools, overseeing standards alignment, teacher training, and instructional quality across multiple grade levels.
As my career evolved, I brought those principles into corporate and organizational settings, designing onboarding programs, leadership training, and performance support tools that apply the same learner-centered philosophy I built in schools. Today, I work at the intersection of education and organizational learning, helping teams and institutions bridge the gap between knowledge and performance.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in research. Whether I am redesigning a school curriculum, building an employee onboarding journey, or developing a digital learning module, I start with the learner's background, goals, and growth.

How I Work
Three principles that shape every learning experience I design.
Every learning experience I design begins with a deep understanding of who the learner is, what they need, and how they best engage.
I ground every design decision in research, evaluation data, and proven learning frameworks like ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick.
Learning that cannot be applied is learning lost. I design experiences that connect directly to real tasks, performance, and measurable outcomes.
