Developing a comprehensive, standards-aligned curriculum framework for K–12 students at Royal Choice Schools.
Royal Choice Schools needed a cohesive, standards-aligned curriculum framework across multiple grade levels. Teaching was inconsistent across classrooms, and there was no documented scope & sequence to guide teacher planning or assessment. The school leadership needed an overarching curriculum strategy that ensured academic rigor while providing clear, practical guidance for teachers day-to-day.
Primary Audience: K–12 classroom teachers and school administrators. Teachers ranged from novice educators to veteran staff, requiring materials that were structured enough for beginners yet flexible enough for experienced teachers.
Secondary Audience: K–12 students who benefited from aligned, sequential learning across grade levels without instructional gaps.
As Lead Curriculum Designer, I guided the project through the full ADDIE lifecycle:
Delivered a complete, published curriculum package including grade-level scope & sequence guides, aligned unit plans, teacher lesson templates, and diagnostic assessment blueprints.

The framework introduced clear learning objectives, active learning strategies, and rubrics that streamlined teacher lesson preparation while ensuring every classroom met core academic standards.
