New employees were being onboarded with inconsistent, ad-hoc processes that led to slow ramp-up times and early frustration. The organization needed a structured, engaging 30-60-90 day learning journey that would help new hires reach role competency faster while instilling corporate values.
Newly hired employees across departments, ranging from entry-level staff to mid-career professionals. Both in-person and remote hires required accessible, structured learning materials with immediate workplace application.
Designed the onboarding curriculum using adult learning principles and the ADDIE framework:
Delivered a comprehensive corporate employee onboarding package for Royal Choice Schools including interactive orientation presentations, structured onboarding checklists, 4-step learning journey pathways, and scenario-based decision practice modules.
