The Challenge
Organizations needed to deliver targeted training to distributed, remote learners with limited time and variable motivation. Traditional instructor-led training wasn't scalable. The solution needed to be short, focused, and immediately actionable without sacrificing learning quality.
Audience
Adult learners in corporate and organizational settings with mixed technology comfort levels accessing learning on desktop and mobile. Due to busy schedules and high workloads, content was designed to be concise and immediately actionable.
My Role & Process
Designed from script to storyboard:
-
Analyze: Partnered with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning goals and content scope.
-
Design: Created storyboards outlining interaction, narration, visual layout, and assessment logic per slide.
-
Develop: Structured content as modular microlearning (5-10 min per module).
-
Evaluate: Used learner feedback and completion data to iterate.

Produced detailed storyboards and course outlines for interactive modules including branching scenarios, knowledge check questions, visual infographics, and job-linked application activities. Each module built toward one clear, measurable learning objective.
Outcome & Impact
Storyboards were approved by SMEs with minimal revision. Learner feedback on completed modules indicated high relevance. Modules demonstrated measurable knowledge gains via pre/post quiz data. Full data pending finalization.
